You are out on your upper balcony, sipping champers, watching the sun set over the Indian ocean from the beautiful six bedroom home you have just bought in Singleton.. You may have just come back from a swim in the surf and are really relaxed. How clever are you to have bought this elegant beachfront property while the market is still low.
So what are the features that attracted you to your new residence. Thinking back it could have just been the location with the short stroll to the waters edge past the A class reserve. Was it the fact you even had ocean views from the bottom floor or the sweeping views from Long Point to Halls Head. May be you have many vehicles and therefore the four car lockup garage was it. You like outside entertaining and the beautiful below ground pool and separate heated spa near the huge double patio grabbed your attention. There was plenty of room to tinker in the freestanding fully powered workshop. Entering from the pool area you could throw back the bi-fold doors and entertain up to 100 people easily. You also liked the two extra storage rooms at the rear.
Equally, when you first entered through the double doors at the front and saw the sweeping staircase you were entranced by the possibilities. You could see it was big but when you saw each of the bedrooms on the lower floor were able to take a queen sized bed easily and had large robe areas you thought, what a great area for the rest of the family and my guests. They will be impressed. They also have a large family room (including a bar) where they can entertain themselves. Three bedrooms have TV points as well to keep them entertained.
You liked this large, neat functional area but then you walked up stairs and looked straight out over the ocean you were really sold. The large functional kitchen with the huge pantry and island bench was impressive and the dining was huge. The polished jarrah floors in the lounge really looked great.
