Tucked away in the sought after St Paul’s Estate is this well-known and successful Pizza and Pasta shop being offered for sale – “Southern Pizza and Pasta”. Serving up delicious authentic Italian pizza and pasta to the locals of Bibra Lake and surrounding areas since 2003 and a database of customers spanning out to Attadale and Aubin Grove.
Currently operated by a husband and wife with the help of a part-time crew, offering home delivery, take away and limited dine-in.

All pizzas and toppings are made in store from only the freshest products, and made ‘Fresh to Order’ along with all the pastas – no pre packed sauces. The Bolognese sauce is made only with top quality pork and beef mince and made start to finish by the owner.
Also offering…. Tia’s famous lasagna (customers love it so much it’s purchased by the tray), authentic Sicilian Arancini, chocolate fudge and apple strudel desert pizzas.
As they do not stock glu
