1. Market City Newsagency & Pharmacy: The business is located at Unit 3, 280 Bannister Road, Canning Vale in the new business and commercial complex “Market City” and has an established pharmacy and newsagency business since 1997

2. The Pharmacy: The Sale includes the entire pharmacy business, pharmacy equipment, pharmacy stock, fixtures and fittings and goodwill. The pharmacy uses AMFAC LOTS System.

3. The Newsagency: The Sale excludes newsagency business, newsagency equipment, newsagency stock, fixtures and fittings and goodwill
