There are a lot of boxes to tick when you are a buyer.
There are wants and needs.
What we may be able to do here is provide a plethora of ticks in those boxes, in fact, in some cases we might be able to tick all the boxes.

Come home and park in your double car garage.
Have a few things in the back of the car that you won’t need for a few weeks, no problem.
Just put them in the under stair storage, or the attic storage, or open the rear roller door and put it into the shed.
Storage?…Check.

Drop the groceries off inside and the kitchen, just in the door from the garage and put the dirty jacket in the laundry.
A feeling of relaxation comes over you as you realize you are home.
Walk out to the back alfresco area and start the bbq for dinner, as it is such a nice day dinner will have to be outside.
Entertaining?…Check.

Duck upstairs for a quick shower and change.
Choose from any of your clothes in your 2 walk in robes in the master bedroom.
Head up to the loft to check on your emails in the home office.
Remembering you need to fold out the couch to a queen size beds for the in-laws to stay while they are in town.
The second bedroom is taken for now, so the massive loft/guestroom is perfect to give them a living area of their own while they are here.
Great separation of living areas?…Check.

Cooking finished, drink in hand, feet up on the couch after a great day.
Just another day when you own this home.
