What you will have to do:
- Respond to overnight bookings – allocate rooms, take credit card deposits where required, and send (form letter) confirmation emails
- Respond to telephone enquiries – direct them to the website if you are out and about.
- Prepare clean laundry basket for cleaner to pick up, in the event of check-outs.
- Receive dirty laundry delivered by cleaner, and bundle in preparation for weekly commercial laundry pick-up.
- Take balance credit card payments for guests arriving within 1 week, sending tax receipts (auto generated) and meet/greet instructions
- Arrange to meet/have met arriving guests, according to their pre-arranged ETA.
- Liase with the building manager on the rare occasion guests experience any difficulties in the apartments.
- Pay bills – cleaner, channel manager, commissions, gas, electricity, water, Body Corporate, in a timely fashion, usually once a month.
- Pay commercial laundry weekly on delivery.
- Keep annual registrations up to date.
- Collate income and expenditure for accountant.
