Built in 2008, this rammed earth home comprises of a series of Pavilions with adjoining courtyards separated by a central breezeway creating adjustable living spaces that breathe of life and function and greet you with a feeling you’ll enjoy returning home to time after time.

Each pavilion has polished concrete floors, north facing louvre windows and steel framed glass double doors that open into paved courtyards with their own garden bed.

The main pavilion comprisies of galley kitchen with modern appliances and walk-in pantry, dining and living. Bi-fold doors open out to the north facing front timber deck blending indoor and outdoor living.

The central breezeway guides you past the central courtyards into the sleeping pavilions.

The second pavilion includes main bedroom with en-suite and walk in robe and second bedroom and bathroom.

The third pavilion also with two bedrooms, one with its own shower, wc and kitchen plumbing affording the possibility to be self contained accommodation.

Dual access is via Watkins Street and Louis Lane, located in the unique precinct of White Gum Valley with Fremantle not far away and cafe, transport and shops close by.
