If you like renovating then I’m for you!! I am a strata cutie who’s features include soaring ornate ceilings, two super spacious bedrooms, one of them has an enclosed verandah you could use as a study. My kitchen is nice to use as it is the french doors to the patio which provides a nice entertaining area. My back yard has a small terraced wall stepping up to a large grassed area. Ok my bathroom isn’t flash but i can still give you a nice hot shower. Plus I am set high off the street.
