The lounge area has a flat screen TV and Eco fire installed. All floors are of polished concrete with marble skirting.

Also on the lower level is a rear store to the garage area, a laundry fitted with Miele washer and dryer, powder room, cellar and external cobbled drying court. An external passage leads from the laundry court to the outside shower and boat deck. From the rear deck there is a unique outside concrete second staircase leading the second level.

The internal staircase is finished in Tasmanian oak and leads to second level kitchen comprising granite bench tops, painted lacquered wood finished cabinetry with quiet close features, three Liebher under bench fridges, Miele induction heat cook top, hob and combination microwave/oven.

The second level also has a dining area and summer lounge/entertaining area with balconies overlooking the canal and views to the Dawesville Cut. The summer lounge has external cedar louvers allowing breeze control and marble floors and features a stunning Cherry Wood built in bar and fridge.

This level accommodates a theatre projection area for movies and large screen television which also doubles up as a library with extensive cabinetry for storage of reading paraphernalia.

All internal doors were personally commissioned “architrave free” and are handmade lacquered timber. All external doors and window frames are also lacquered wood (which is a building criteria on the Island). All bathrooms and powder rooms are finished with large white tiles and Italian glass mosaics.

The house is a rendered finish with tinted grey render. All courtyards and driveway are marble and granite cobblestone with Italian stone portico to the front door and to the outside shower area. There is a Barbeque area and a gas outlet on the deck level near the breakfast court.

The jetty has its own water, a power source and a lower deck built for easy access when swimming or kayaking. The maximum boat size tie up is 13 meters. All external lighting is copper for a maintenance free life and all gardens are fully reticulated.
