The property currently has an area of 20.56 hectares planted to red and white varieties. Approximately 73% of the plantings are of white which is best suited to the southern sector of the Margaret River Wine region. The vines are in full production and all the fruit is currently used in a well known Margaret River wine company brand. An area of 4.91 hectares of vines has been removed however the infrastructure (trellising and reticulation) is still in place. This area can be re-plated if required. The vineyard is fully fenced with kangaroo proof fencing.
